The Music of Adoration, a Liturgy After Hours Event

The first event in our series, “Liturgy After Hours”. We will explore the text and music of the ancient and beloved hymn, O Salutaris Hostia, commonly sung during the rite of Eucharistic Adoration. The Schola of St. Vincent Ferrer will sing a chant form and two polyphonic renditions of the hymn. Through guided attention to the text and music, we will ask, “What is it?”, “How to sing it?”, and “How to pray it?”
