The Music of the Sanctus, a Liturgy After Hours Event

In this event of our series, Liturgy After Hours, we will explore the text and music of the Sanctus, perhaps the weightiest and most glorious of the congregational chants sung at Mass. Did you know that half of this chant was written by angels? Through guided attention to the text and music, we will ask, “What is it?”, “How to sing it?”, and “How to pray it?”
